Tidings of Comfort and Joy
My oldest friend Bluejay returned to the heavens just over three months ago. Since then I have had the comfort of getting to know someone very close to her. Yesterday we connected by Zoom with Wind visiting from her car. And we were joined by what I believe is this plump little creature of nature, a ruby-crowned Kinglet. I remember the utterly magical delight of first coming across a Kinglet in nature, when I lived off-grid in the Appalachians. Yesterday it was the same sense of wonder as this avian messenger repeatedly landed on the car mirror. The second time the messenger returned, Wind to my delight opened the window to see if she wanted to visit closer! While that didn't occur, I did close my eyes to listen in on the visitor's communication. You probably know what I will share next. In my awareness, Bluejay wanted Wind to know how much she continues to be seen and loved. Bluejay is and was very, very magical. Nature was and is her Source mirror.
I looked up the symbolism: This little bird is also known for its ability to adapt to changing environments and its tenacity in the face of adversity. This little bird reminds us that no matter what challenges we face in life, we can overcome them if we dare to face them head-on.......This little bird sings even in the darkest times, reminding us that hope and joy can be found in even the darkest of times. I want each of us to experience whatever offers us these tidings. Now. Today. Tomorrow.
so much love.
so much love to you Iris...xo
